TROPICAL STRUGGLE, name of the first collection from the entrepreneur designer Margarita Alvarez, started with a lot of energy by the beats of DJ Ghandi and sweet cocktails from Disaronno.
The mingling took place at Hotel Condado Plaza, where a lot of fashion lovers came by to admire the ready-to-wear collection. A tropical vibe of pineapples, African lace and sequins were mixed up with fall season issues.
The Trend Oven styled the looks with “No Tire” pieces. Are you wondering what this name has to do with the show??? Well this is an AWESOME line, where these fashionably accessories are made of rescued truck tire inner tubes, dinghy skins, car floor mats, marine vinyl and many other rare materials.
